Description
Salary: £18,000 +
Literature Wales is looking for an organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to work in support of the Chief Executive in a busy arts environment.
Please note that an excellent standard of written and spoken Welsh is essential for this post.
The main responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Chief Executive with a varied and busy workload
• Research, editing and translation duties
• Managing the design and production of the Annual Report
• Concurrently managing the office and CEO diary
• Managing all HR duties
• Overseeing and facilitating Board/AGM/other Committee meetings
• Developing and updating website content
• Assisting with the administration of the Wales Book of the Year Award
Essential skills required:
• Excellent standard of written and spoken Welsh and English
• Knowledge and experience of working with computer packages e.g. Word, Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexible working attitude
Desirable
• Knowledge of the arts sector in Wales
