Corporate Aims and Policies

The corporate aims and policies of Arts Council of Wales are based on a set of guiding principles.

All our corporate policies are based on a strategic direction which is outlined in our annual Remit Letter.

We aspire to the highest standards in the way that we conduct ourselves and our business. We know that we will be judged on the quality of service that we offer to those who we work with.

These standards include:

• Welsh Language
• Child Protection

We report internally on our performance against these service standards, and externally to our major investor, the Welsh Government.
