£17,798 – 23,136 per annum
Personal Assistant to the Director (Finance and Resources) and administrative support to the HR Officer, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation and co-ordination of meetings, papers and reports along with maintaining the HR information system and dealing with routine administration and queries.
You will be the principal contact for the Director and HR Officer, providing cover and ensuring that all correspondence is effectively managed. You will be responsible for diary management and arranging and administering various events from conferences to training as required.
The successful candidate will be fluent in Welsh (both written and spoken) and possess excellent customer service skills to deal with the public, internal staff and external clients and be effective in managing these relationships appropriately. An understanding of the responsibilities associated with supporting senior members of staff and handling confidential and sensitive information is essential, along with a familiarity of governance and accountability. A basic awareness of HR processes and procedures would be desired, along with a high standard of IT skills, diplomacy and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
