Salary scale: £35,415 - £44,545 per annum

Arts Council of Wales has four exciting positions for experienced, senior arts professionals who would relish the challenge of helping to shape the future of the arts in Wales.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who have the confidence and expertise to work across a range of arts disciplines. These include the performing arts, visual arts and crafts, digital and broadcast arts. We are also interested in individuals with expertise in training, local government and regeneration.

Successful candidates will have a breadth of arts expertise and the confidence to manage teams of arts specialists. They will also have experience of management at a senior level and the practical skills to ensure that our arts development strategies are successfully delivered.

Our benefits include flexible working hours/pattern, generous holidays and a final salary pension. We work in both English and Welsh.
