International Impact Study: Visual Arts Activity in Wales, September 2008.

This study was commissioned to examine the impact of three international visual arts initiatives:

the Welsh pavilion at the Venice Biennale (2003-07);
the Artes Mundi Prize (2004-08);
the curatorial research visits organised by Wales Arts International (2004-2008).

The report explores the profile of Welsh contemporary Visual Arts and the impact of the international projects on the practice of individual artists in Wales.
